infintry you gots it al wrong brotha... my yfz is tha bomb! i got a sparks head pipe and silencer, ordering a-arms this week when i find a place that has them and my axel will be here this week. they will be veryy close to even (honda/yamaha that is)

This seems to me to a be a ridiculous arguement. The sketch also looks very similar to the Predator (except the color and headlight) but I don't think it's a copy of the Predator.
If you were to draw a sketch of the new Yammi, I bet it would very similar to the blaster, but it's nothing like the blaster at all.
AND, ironically, the new Artic Cat looks nothing like the Z400, (except the headlight), yet it IS almost identical.

The front end is really ugly. The molded in Radiator shrouds arent doing it for me. :macho

i doubt the new honda will be as fast as the yamaha out of the box, but i bet it will handle better

all people look at the pic again !! the front frame rails are totally different then the artic cat !! the front rails resemble a YFZ to me ? anyone else seeing this ?

i think yamaha's is going to have a more powerful engine than the honda, because yamaha has always made the more powerful engines and honda's always good with handling.

what I have heard so far from a lot of people modding the new yzf is, obiviously it isn't that great if you already have to mod it! But lets wait to get some info on this bad boy first :devil:

You don't "have" to mod anything. Many people such as myself mod it because we can.
I read in the Non-Honda Forum, that Cody Anderson only put on wheels, tires, pipe, and cam mod, and he won his race this weekend. That's it practically stock, only a few minor mods.
I hope how ever that the new TRX450R is atleast as good as the YFZ450. That will only improve our sport, and take it to another level of competition. I personnally would love to see them covering ATV races like they do Supercross and Motocross on ESPN, walking through the pits seeing 1/2 million dollar factory semi's and trailors.
Anyways....back on to the quad bashing cause we all know how much that helps. :confused2

btw the shocks in the drawing are just stock ex shocks but back on the main topic. If the honda quad is equal to the Yammy I will be very impressed! I have to say I am a honda rider that went out and bought blue. I am not second guessing myself a bit. I am very happy with what I have and I think it will be the best quad out come next race season. Unless Honda did a lot to the motor it will not be near as good of a GNCC quad MX maybe.

Why does every one seem to think this 450 will not be good at GNCC? I'm sure Honda redesigned the motor and made it so it can be rode or raced at any type of event. They won't just make it to be only good at MX since half of the consumers buying it won't even be using it for that.

lmao..hate to break it to ya man but that yfz would totally kill your 400ex:devil: If youve looked at the new DW it even says so.I've seen the yfz in action at the track and it would rip all over a 400ex.
