the kit is worth more than my bike all together. I think they are getting desperate. No one will want those (especially for the price) with both yamy and honda having 450's out.

I wouldnt be suprised if the person that made this topic is from there as well as the second post. Both are new to the forum. pretty lame guys. :o

Keep in mind that stock cr250 puts out about 50 hp stock. Throw on a pipe and you can add a few more hp to that #. Plus, I think it has a power valve too. I have about $6000 into my r and there really isn't alot done to it performace wise, just the buy price and rebiulding it.

you go get a R and put new gears in the tranny and put a new crank in it. The frame on most R have been abused. I don't think this is a bad quad for the price a 400 handles good and there are a ton of parts for it. At least some dealer understands that we are in need of a good running machine. SO QUIT YOUR *****EN BE GLAD SOMEONE IS PUTTING FORTH THE EFFORT

It puts about 45HP down in the bike, and has a radio controlled powervalve (RC Valve). Plus it has 8 petal case-reed induction, etc etc. I bet you can get 400EX motors from Service Honda for pretty cheap. They are all about motor swaps there. Take a CR500 and put it in a CR250, then take the CR250 motors you have laying around and put them in the 400EX..
