eton viper 50cc

i have a eton viper 50cc quad for my daugher .what i'm wondering is , it seems to have a governer somewhere that kicks in after a certain rpm and starts to breakup.i've heard all i have to do is cut a wire to this governer? can anybody help me out on this?..........what wire( if there is one?)

I'm not sure if the Eton's are the same but the Polaris Scrambler 90 has a metal connector on the rev box that can be removed and this will disable the rev limiter.
