It cost me $50 to get left and right bearing's, and left and right dust seals for my 400EX . Your going to need the new dust seals to cause your going to ruin them when you take them out.

Mezsmoto.com has bearings, $25 for both.

Check ebay. I get mine from ebay. They usually are around $20 plus S/H.

I get mine from rocky moutain, i forget what they are but its not to bad:)
