ok, i can buy a full blown 425ex with all new houser/axis everything, only thing stock is the frame for $7500 this thing has thousands and thousands spent and is sharp.

then buy an ECA 400ex converted frame with radiator, fcr, wiring, stock yzf426 motor everything needed to convert 400 for $3500

that's total of $11000

sell the stock 400 frame and the 425ex motor on ebay. it is full blown race ready TC and hinson for $1500

this will put $9500 in a full blown race ready, best of everything yzf426w/ stock motor w/ hinson (and a stock east coast atv frame)

Question is will i be happy with the power that this mostly stock yzf426 will produce over the full blown TC 425ex motor???
how will this compare to built 440ex, 265r, with same level riders on them?

i wouldnt waste my money on a eca quad because i dont think its worth it....they cut corners in there conversion if you ask me.. if your gonan spend 11,000 id either build a arens crf or buy a yfz and put some money in it



hey just out of curiousity is 3500 what they charge everyone for the new oem frame, a yz426 engine gone through, carb wiring oil tank pipe and radiator? are these all new parts? is the motor overhauled and rebuilt?


if i can buy that for that price ill take it beef up there conversion and run it

ohh the performance and hp you get from the yz is more than youll get from any ex if your a real serious racer its worth it

anyone else have any input. so you think the stock yzf426 motor will outdo built 440's and 265r's?
