mine does it to, so does my dads, were all prb running to rich, but i checked my plug, and it was right on the dot, but it could be because of the carb dumping raw fuel in to the cylinder, thats what keihin carbs do. but Chanman could be right

Black smoke = excess fuel

Blue smoke = burning oil

Sometimes they smoke when they are cold if you have the choke on, you are cutting off air and dumping raw fuel in cycilder, especially if you have a larger pilot, just my .02

Thanks alot guy's...I'm allmost possitive it's fuel because it is black smoke [only when I first start it]. I pump the gas a couple of times only when the motor is cold before I start it [seems to start better..] I think this might have something to do with it [raw fuel] as long as it's not oil I'll be allright....gotta ride!!!! ;)
