Not sure, not it's named after the two stroke silencers, the fatboy. but i guess is still uses two seperate headerpipes. And.....the big part, it makes MORE POWER...so that's a plus.

Douglas billet ultimates don't come with scalloped rings. Those are OMF i believe.
