Problem with.......!!!

Ok I just bolted up my LRD full system on my 400. I didn't realize at the time but the clutch cable was up against the header and caught fire when I started it and let run for a few minutes. I was wondering if anyone else has done this and what did you do to fix it??? I know I need a new cable but I was thinking about just re-routing it and putting some hi-temp tape wrapped around the cable just in case. Anybody have any suggestions???:confused2

same problem with the pro circuit t4 exhaust head pipe.wrap heat tape around it adn it will work fine..but within a couple of rides you willnotice the clutch pull being harder..i switched over to a powerbomb head pipe and it seems not to do it..joe

re-routing the cable should be enough, but i haven't used the lrd before.
