What its the pupose of it and does it help anything?

It just removes the virtually useless one the quad comes with. Doesn't really improve anything but the way it looks. :)
It's cheap and easy to install too

when its on there it rubs the brake pad down while your riding...take it off asap as it is completely useless. all atv's are required to have them by law though. :( leave it on there if you want to keep going through brake pads....I just put my EX in 1st gear, it doesnt roll forwards or backwards unless its REALLY steep

someone told me that when u get a PB block off, u have to get an EZ pull clutch lever. is this true?

no its not true....u can keep the ugly clutch lever on ther eif you want but after a couple of weeks you will prob. want to get an ezpull as they are easier to pull & look better. :)P

i didnt get a plate, i just unhooked the cable that would put it on for now. Ill get a plate when ever i get my clutch perch

aren't the easy pulls easier to pull in than the cr's?

Yes but the CR's aren't bad and they are alot cheaper

yah my magnum is very cheaply made & cost $30, I will prob buy another one after I flip & brake it :(
