Junk Mail!

Every time I post a topic on this forum and someone replys, I get an email from EXriders saying that someone has replied to it. How the heck do I turn this option off? Its really annoying!

click the user cp on the top of the page.

then go to edit options.

Then click "no" on this option.

Use 'Email Notification' by default?
