i have 22' inch razrs on a 250ex. the tire sidewall sticks out farther then the rim. it almost looks like the seal would break. i dont think it will. i have about three pounds of air and i was wandering could i let some out to put more tread pattern to the ground. i dont mean to sound stupid i just want them to be right.

If you are only running 3 pounds you run the chance of blowing the bead. For that tire you should be around 7 psi.

thanks. i wanted the most tread pattern to the ground for traction but i didnt want my tires to break from the rim. maybe some more air in them before they break the bead.

The less tire pressure the more traction but if you go below 5psi without beadlocks and ride fairly hard you will break the bead. If you dont ride real hard then you can stay around 5 and be ok.
