Argg, I bent my friggin handlebars tryin to go up a hill and flipped. I have no tools to bend them back into shape...I was wondering, what are some Cheap, good handlebars I could buy? I was lookin at Renthal but there 187$. I cant afford those especially when I will bend the next set right back up! I put some Fly handlebars beside Renthal and I couldnt tell any difference. Im only wanting to pay 40-60$. Oh and I ride a 400ex:D

the 178$ renthals are twin wallz... they have a lifetime gurantee and i've seen bikes get totaly smashed and those bars still be straight...

i've seen one pair in my life bend... it bent casing a 75ft double at steel city and the kid riding was in serious condition... they are by far the strongest bars out there...

get std 7/8th inch bars from renthal... 69$;)

Not the best idea. GO with a name brand known to be good.(tag, protaper, renthal)

Are you saying DG is not a good brand? The only reason that they were that cheap were because they were on clearance.

I had the same problem on a hill and flipped. I didn't want to spend a lot of $$ either. I picked up some FLY Racing bars at my local shop. They were like $30. Mine are polished/chrome finish, so they look pretty trick.

YES!!!!!:D

i bought the Alloy Nerfs from them and when I got home with them and tried putting them on, they were all screwed up, they were warped:grr: i had to bend them and cut them an inch just to make them fit! makes me never want to get DG again just because of how long it took to get some damn nerf bars on:grr:

i got X-5's on my banshee and they are really nice, $70. go with Tag or Renthal!

I just got some Tag X5s Quad bend after bending my second set of stock bars. I really like em. Riding at the MX track and they were very comfortable

When I broke my renthals. I bought used renthal bars for 20$ on ebay. Might be used, but it doesn't matter cause they will be broke next couple months anyway.

If you've got the cash go for the big Pro Tapers and clamp kit. They are SWEET.
