Hey I remember a little back you had a forum on hmf full pipe jetting and you never got back and said if it stopped popping on decel. Well I just got a full hmf last week and mine still pops on decel some just a pop once or twice if I was on the gas like racing. I have a 200 mj and air/fuel screw 3.5 turns out. So let me know if yours still pops some or did you figure it out?

i figured it out....i run a 165 dyno with the needle in the middle

42 pilot

and no airbox lid

play with the idle mixture screw

and also the needle

i think it still needs a bigger pilot

also its normal for the pop mainly because the hmf has jack chit on backpressure.....but it still rocks dont it?:D

Heck yeah it does! I love the HMF! And thanks a lot castor I will give a few of those things a try this weekend. I never really gave much thought to the pilot jet.

And chanman420q mine cost me $515 shipped to the door. But mine had the can powdercoated black and it came with some jets and they also threw in a free spar arrestor. But there was a $36 dollar tax because it had to go thru one of the 2 counties in ohio that raised their tax to 8%

Now where is the needle at? Is it the brass tube that the jet screws into? Because I am not to sure

Can you buy just the headers from HMF if you have the slip on? Or do you need to buy the entire pipe?
