Purchased a 416ex a week ago that was running an fcr/lrd pipe. When I bought the bike it came with the stock carb and a cut out stock pipe. Since I changed to the stock carb/pipe I cannot get rid of an off idle bog..

I am at a 165 main and a 45 pilot. When I try adjusting the pilot at high idle (per manual) it never changes the idle speed.
I dont have access to a 42 for about a week (dealer order), but what really frustrates me is that I rode this bike with this exact setup (stock carb, cutout pipe, 45 pilot) six months ago at little sahara and it ran great.
I have checked for airleaks - none.
Any ideas?? Am I missing something??
