Hey i have been looking at a-arms and studying them and i have decided too try too make some of my own.I have access to a few welders.Just what metals should i use that i could get very cheap.I have a idea of making mine T pin and buy heim joints.Good idea or bad? Shoot me some tips.

just make sure everything is real strong man. wouldnt want them to break and screw up your front end

prolly best steel to use are Reynolds 853 or True-Temper's OX-Platinum. but those are EXPENSIVE. any high quality 4130 Cro Moly(like Reynolds 525 and True Temper OX 2) would do very well and be less expensive.

i would recomend constructing a nice jig to hold all yer parts in place while welding.

buy some chromoly tubing its expensive tho

make then out fo titanium that would be sweet but you would ahve to bond (glue ) them togheter becase titanium doesnt wled well, why dooesnt someone make a mold and make some titanium a arms?
