Plug Color

I have an all stock 2002 400ex with a WB E-Series full system. I have so far installed a 158 main jet and the needle is in the stock position. the plug is still very white and clean looking. The header is a brass color which is good im told. If it was lean it would be blue. has anyone else experienced this color of plug before and was you told not to worry about it. I was told it was ok. just trying to get some other opinions. just dont want to run it to lean. the bike runs great, no complaints here. I have stock airfilter for now and installed airbox lid. any help will be greatly appreciated.

my plug is gray on the electrode and black around it. im told that is good. about the header, i am running good anod it still turned blue. that is what I see on all bike with a stainless steel header.
