View Full Version : Haspin Hare Scramble Aug. 3

Is anyone going to this? I am planning on going there this weekend. It will be my first race. I have been to Haspin a couple of times but I have no idea what to expect on race day. Things like where to park and such. Any advice would be appreciated.

Try going to www.motorcrosspark.com. That is all that i know about the race. I think I am going to call them tomorrow to get class info and the race day schedule. I don't even know where to park when I get there.

I was hoping on some tips on where to park when I get there and stuff to bring that one might not think about.

When you pull in you will make a right and the building you pay your $15 to get in the park is on the left. After you pay, turn left down the slight hill and all the people racing normally park there. You should see a camper type deal set up with a couple tables out front where Becky collects the race fee ($20) and gives you the numbers. The start line is normally in that area.

Don't forget to take a 12 pack or so of cold beers for after the race. Other than that all you need is your quad and a helmet.
