i will say it there are rumors in the new dirtwheels book

plan on coming out with a 250 to compete with the 250ex and z250

also a 450!!! to compete with the yamaha 450 and soon to be the honda 450

Well, kawasaki just released a 250 thumper mx bike so my guess is that motor will end up in a quad in the near future. Nice replacement for the mojave.

Actually Dirt Wheels said dont be surprised to see a "Full Race" quad based on the new 250 4st. So this would not be a competitor for the 250ex or Z250, unless you consider them race quads:huh

the merger between the 2 companies is logical and is working. the dealers ive talked with seem more then content with the way it is helping them cross brand lines and sell bikes/ quads. id love to get some inside numbers to see how the market share changed over the last 2 years:)


but alas....i will not buy one until its chassis is proven:( i said back when the z400 was just coming out that it was a HUGE issue and until the designers build a good frame...i wont have one. its a shame too cuz i really like the way the kawi 400 looks and they dont run bad at all.
