shes still a work in progress but it will be done soon just waiting for a gastank and seat from eastcoastATV. I built the frame at school, im 17 years old and i love quads, iwanted to see if i could do it and i could. Peace

thanks guys, actually the frame is really really strong i only plan to drag and flat track the quad, wieght savings were in mind at the time but i know it won`t fall apart on me.:blah:

What are you doing for top a-arms?:confused: Other than that it looks pretty good.

looks good... for flattrack anyways. id gusset it if i were you though... doesnt add much wieght and it makes a difference.

well if im right they are polaris a arms from a trail blazer or something ....they dont have top a arms and it looks like the whole frontfrom one

I bet it cracks the frame just above the swingarm mounts. it looks weak right there. other than that it looks good.:)

thanks, the top a-arms haven`t been built yet, the spindels are polaris, i built the botttom a-arms, they have heim joints, the top will arms have them to. So far i have only spent just under 600 cdn bucks! not bad if you ask me.

They will be a step by step progress report and stuff soon.

Looks good, good job! And a Canadian! Just look how far Elka has gone!

I want to get into building quad parts too, I am going to college this fall for CNC! It should be pretty sweet. Good luck with everything!

hi, ya the bike weighs 20 to 21 pounds with the all the shocks and swingarm. The metal in just 3/4 inch seamless mild steel. Good and strong, its really hard to bent or snap.
