ok im wanting to get a set of shockwears and i have been told that if i buy them for my stock 400ex shocks that i will have to sell them when i upgrade to my works Pro Series shocks. also when i changes shocks they will be setup for +2 a-arms. so what im wandering is if i have to change shockwears if i get new shocks?

IMO shockwears are a waste of money. I had them on mine and all they did was trap water and rub paint off the springs. I ride without shock covers now and have had no problems on the track or in the trails.

if you get shockwears get ones that work. Neoprene and a zipper. wont rub of paint and dont hold water in.

Lots of places use neoprene covers. I have PEP's from Baldwin. I'm not sure on the price.

Even if your covers rub the paint off the springs, its better than dinging the hell out of your shock shafts.
