Montrose, PA ??

We are consideing buying a cabin in the Montrose area. (Auburn Four Corners to be exact). Wondering if anyone rides there and is familier with the area. Riding would be a huge plus. If not this area, if you know of any other riding areas in that area, please let me know !!
