I was just wondering if this could be done to achieve maximum displacement? if not, why couldnt it?

Certainly possible. JE makes a 91 mm piston. That should make about a 460.

yea, you can get the 92 mm from sparks, with their 465 sleeve. TrX465 has that kit on alky.

I think I may do that, how much overbore is there on the bigger sleeves, the same amount as stock?

Don't go that big on a stepped sleeve! Maybe 90mm at the most, otherwise it gets too thin on the case end. Note: If you have a big bore kit and didn't have to have your case bored >>> then you have a stepped sleeve.

I think i might just go ahead and send it to sparks and have their 92 mm sleeve put in, then get it bored to like 94 or 95, that would put me at like 515 or 520 with my stroker i have now (89mm 12:1 and 6mm stroker, among other things :D)
