good job in your research or impressive knowledge but flat track shocks are aftermarket and thats kinda what i'm trying to avoid and i aint liking the idea of a utility shock for this application

I believe Banshee shocks are shorter than normal...they might be what you're lookin for.

i beleive stock 300 ex fronts are somewhere in that range.
