a-arms and knuckle help fast

my 300 ex is in pieces right now and i cant get the upper or lower a-arm out of the knuckle. how do i get these pieces out without damaging the threads?

I took a flat head punch and kept the bolt on and hit it with a hammer. Thats the easiest i've found. My dad suggested when one of mine were stuck was to heat it up with a torch and it would come out. I never tried it though

a big C-clamp is what you need..
