filter cleaning

I know you can't use k&n filter oil on a foam unifilter, but can you use the cleaner from the k&n kit or simple green on a unifilter with belray oil in it?

i mix hotwater, gas, and soap together and it works fine.

i wash mine in kerosene first, then hot soapy water, let it dry and throw the bel-ray too it, simple-green won't hurt it

i use brake cleaner. it breaks down all the oil in the filter and then i rince it with water and let er dry. and then oi of course
