250r swingarm bolt

I have an '83 ATC 250r that i am in thr process of stripping and painting. I am really having a hard time getting the swingarm bolt out? I unbolted it on the end and ive tried tapping it with a hammer but I dont want to damage it. Is there another nut somewhere or is it just stuck?

There should not be any other nut there...

have you tried lubing it up with something like liquid nails or wd?

I would just take something to place on the end of it,, and that smack that with a hammer.

Also make sure all the pressure is off of it, and it is supporting minimal weight.. if there were tons of weight on it, i imagine that would add friction and resistence.
