houser 400ex rear swing arms

when i installed it and i try to torque the bolt down the swing arm feels like its binding up so i loosed it up anyone eles had this problem

did the swing arm come with new seals and such? if so double check they are fully installed on the swing arm. sometimes the powdercoating will keep the seal and metal collar from fully seating .

also....use a torque wrench to make sure your at the correct spec. ive seen weak frames flex even at proper torque and caused problems.
