mixture screw, help quick!

hey guys. I got my jet kit and now i have a problem. I screwed the mixture screw out 3.5 turns, and it runs like **** at about 1/8 throttle. it misses, and sputters. Do I need to turn it back in, or out more? Thank in advance.

what pilot jet are you running? at a little more than 1/8 throttle, your approaching the needle's job.
