Pipe popping??

Me and my dad just installed a HMF full pipe. And we turned the air/fuel mixture screw 3.5 turns out and after trying a 170, then a 190, and now i have a 200 main jet in it. The 200 doesnt make it pop nearly as bad as the others. But the only time it pops is on decel and thats if you were really gettin on it. So is a little pop normal, cuz its not popping that bad only a little on decel. So does that effect anything or hurt anything? Any info will be appreciated.

Check for exhaust leaks!! Mine had one where the header and slip on join and it caused a popping on decel a little! Lean jetting normally causes a lot of popping (at least for me it did)

Yep sounds like an exhaust leak.

Huh i didnt notice any leaking, but i will double check again, thanks guys.
