front rims

im getting ready to replace my front rims with .190's and they come in two offsets, 3/2 and 2/3. Kinda stupid question but what do these numbers mean and which one is wider?

so 2/3 would set the front end wider than a 3/2 wheel would? by the way, what is the stock offset?
