I keep reading that you should not buy a camelback and that they are against atvs. can someone tell me why?

I was always kind of curious how many other brands are just camlback manufactured and just private labeled out. I bet the majority are. Hopefully that summers one I got from TQS isn't...

Here's something about the Camelbak/Sierra Club myth that may or may not sway some peoples minds about the company:

Debunking the Myth About CamelBak! (http://www.off-road.com/dirtbike/jul2000/mhobbs/)

Never had a prob with my Camelbak. But if I thought the myth about them supporting The Sierra Club was true, I doubt I'd buy it. Likewise, if they do start supporting the sierra club, I doubt I'll go out of my way to sell it... or trash it. :ermm:

I had a hydra pac, but my Bro just came home from Iraq, and he brought me two really nice ones still in the package, he said they were handing them out all over. they are very large capacity, and very comfortable, better than my hydra pac.

Of course they are Desert camo in color. lol

Here's another URL to help Camelbak. Not that I'm a huge supporter of Camelbak, I just hate seeing a decent company being associated with such an extreme group.
