My best friends little bro's friend has a honda metropolitan II moped, its a 50cc 4 stroke, he can ride and it will cut out at 25mph like a rev limiter, there has 2 be a way 2 make this moped go faster, i was wondering if any of you guys have ideas ???? because i looked at it and i am stumped... just trying too help the lil guy out because 25mph is dangerous in my mind... *too slow*
