ive seen other quads that take a month to build:o ill stick to doing it my way;)

its a esr310 with woods porting. lrd pipe etc. it should be able to keep up:)

thx. most of the small parts including the hubs will be trans blue or chrome and billet. it will be sporting red fullbore and anew black gripper seat. the stem is chrome and so are the upper a arms. this is the first R ive ever done and so far its easier then the 400ex. especially since R's are being sold and parts are really cheap if you know where and what to look for. :)

If everything goes right over the next 2 weeks, I might have to call you up to get some magic going on a quad this winter. :devious:
Just gotta get the quad and the money to do it first.

Pappy...i might have to send you my hubs and spindles to be PC'd this winter:D

I had my a-arms done around here but it seemed really expensive:ermm: I dont know though..it was $110??

$110 can be high depending on your location. i normally get $65 for a set depending on the color.

Kenny your motor is finished 'it looks good' and has more compression then a 4 stroke should run real good.

not sure about tonight but i do know the long travel a arms for the yfz out front are done i put the rest of the bike together last night 'swingarm'' steering stem' 'axel' ect it looks tight
