what cam and rockers?

87 250x. i took the head off today and found out why it's running bad and rattling. at first i thought valves but when i took the head off:eek2: i seen that my cam and rockers where wiped! and i mean bad. so my question is what cam and rockers should i get. and by the way moneys no option. althought i don't want to have to rebuild!! the farthest i'll go is stronger valve springs and the like. so whats you opinion?
