Sorry to break it to you but the minimum displacement is 250cc for the expressway, at least here in michigan.

Not to but in here but the minimum displacement for Highways in Mich, is 125 cc.



you could ride a 50 on all roads but interstates and ferderal highways. Mopeds are 50 cc
