Well that sucks I was afraid of that. There's no way those will work with my rezzies. Man I wish I would have gotten piggybacks.

Dave, what about mounting your rezzies somewhere else? I mounted mine on the front downtubes of the frame like ChknHwk did. http://www.exriders.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=63180&highlight=rezzie . I run mine that way with the Tinner scoops and haven't had any problems.

I had mine like that, but I got a Denton stabilizer so they won't work there anymore. I guess if I want some I will have to get some OMF.
Rytm1 I am going to be doing a motor setup very soon like yours, and saw you ran a FCR 39. What jetting are you running?

I have the Denton stabilizer with my setup too. It just takes a little experimenting to see what will fit/work where. It might take me a few days, but I will try and get pics for ya.

As far as the FCR goes, It initally came with a 180mj/52pj, which seemed to run good, but I would foul plugs every now and then. I talked to a few people who said that it sounded a little too rich, so I went down to a 170mj, and it fouled plugs even quicker, and idled like garbage. I bumped the main up to a 175, but havn't had a chance to try it out yet. I think I'm gonna have to mess with the screws a little bit, or look into a different needle. I guess that's one of the downfalls of buying the carb used, and not setup for my quad.

I ran remote rezzies, tinners scoops, and a stabilizer all at once with no problems.. You just gotta move things around. It will work i promise ya..;)

Yeah I bought my FCR used too. I should be getting it any time soon. I just plan on calling a few shops about jetting and see what they all have to say, and should be able to get it dialed in quicker that way, if not perfect.
