I used to have a gas r/c airplane and you use fiber glass to cover them well i found all my supplies should i try to make a hood for the 400? I need some resin and hardener.

You should try it. It prolly wont look as good as fibe or other companies but it would be a pretty cool process to see. This is just my opoinion though:)

yea..i say go for it. And if it doesn't look good then it will just give you a reason to buy a quadtech or fibe hood!

im trying to make a hood that goes with the headlights, because i like night riding and would like to keep them, should i make a hood tht covers the headlight bodies and all the way down, or just below the headlight ?

just make a regular hood and buy some Lazerstar's if you can afford it..them are some good lights!

naw id rather keep stocks and have both, it it works out good maybe i can strt making hoods for people that wnt to keep there stock headlights.
