what kind of power gains should i get out of this?

Ok im getting a 416 kit as soon as i get done with shocks.

This is what im thinking.

416 JE 11:1 piston
Hotcams stage 2
Porting from profab or lrd

wht could i expect from just htat? would a 3 angle vavlve job help that much?

How much more power would i get wiht a bigger carb like a 40mm flatside off a crf450?

Read my list of mods, it's pretty close to yours.
Most places do a 2, 3 or 4 angle grind with a port and polish, depends on the shop. I would stick with one of the well know shops because most of them have done some bench flow testing on their head work.
I would give a big thumbs up to an FCR, very nice gains all by itself.
If you're doing all of this at once, the difference is going to be like night and day.

im thibnking aobut the 416 and hot cmas getitng the cyclender bored and honed and porting done buy profab, i can get a 416 for 550 if i install it all myslef minus the carb.

Then put the carb on later to see how much more power i get wiht it.

well i would reccomend porting and polishing...polishing helps...but i wold reccomend pro fab for sure...they did awesome on my two bikes
