all you gotta do is put a buffer thingy on one of those sanders that has the round thing and spins real fast....we have one but i forget what its called. i have an electric one and it does the job pretty good.

i believe your talking about a die grinder those work real well cause there a thingy and they got this round spinny thingy :confused2

and the electric thingy i believe your talking about is typically called a dremel

i got one o dem, i beleive they is called air rotary tools, i hate it for polishing . Maybe cuz the copressor is too sall and wont keep up with what air is used

just buy a cheap grinder and put a wire brush on one side to take paint off, then put a polishing wheel on the other side it works great!
