i am running a sparks x-6 stainless steel system with no air box lid and no choke. the headpipe glows when i ride. about the first four inches of the header is what glows. it is bright orange. i am running a 45 pilot, stock needle location, and a 155 keihin mainjet. the fuel skrew is about 2 turns out. i don't know if it is glowing because it is the stainless steel pipe or what. the ceramic coated pipe i know keeps the heat in better. it starts glowing about 4 or 5 minutes after i start the bike. i am not even riding it hard at this time. i am taking it easy to warm it up. the harder i ride it, the less it seems to glow. i think that is because when i ride it harder i decelerate more, which cools the head. i don't see how i could be jetted lean. i know a little brightness might be normal but this looks like it flaming hot. any suggestions??
