Will it fit I hear the head will bolt up what about the rest? If so I was wondering because I wanted to shave the cilender to make up for the rod and presto big bore with big valves just ad cam


think it can be done? :confused:

i dont know about that man..it possible could..i just decided to do the whole engine swap. i got a 350 motor for $350 so it was pretty cheap

Crazy Honda on the never ending quest to be fast enough to keep up with the big dogs.:rolleyes: Anyone got a 400 they want to sell him?:D j/k:cool:

i dont think it will work everything has to line up perfect not just the bolts but, give it a try and let us know wheater it is easy or not worth it

I have no problem keeping up with a stock 400ex.

Sreiously, it can be done. There was an article in one of my old mags about a 400xx they called it, with this same set-up on it. It was a pro-am MX'er back in the day. Not sure if it was a 250x or a 300ex, but it shouldn't matter. I got a pic of it but can't post any right now I guess.

Most likely TC or Sparks. They were the pro am motor builders.
