If you are not getting bucked forward leave the rebound and for jumping you should turn the compression up (clockwise)

And you need a spanner wrench for the front shock.

If you don't have a spanner wrench, you can use a pair of channel locks, but they leave marks on the shock. Maby soon you should start looking at sme aftermarket suspension, lik e aset of works.

Better but not by much,if you do alot of trail riding they will give up on you pretty quickly. If you can wait it would be worth it to save some money and get "something" with a rezzie. You can get the rear rebuilt for about 400 bucks its as good as most after market shocks.

wear out to the point you feel like your riding a stagecoach....but if you don't get really aggresive then they should be OK.

I have works triple rates w/ rezzies and I trail ride and do alittle mx and they don't fade at all. I think they are well worth the money. They may not be the best but they are still very good shocks.

Sorry...the shocks (without rezzies) will fade as the oil gets hot in side once they cool down they will be OK.Shop around I believe I saw a pair with rezzies in the for sale forum for somthing like $350,not sure who or what kind.
