are these a good set of shocks for XC? and some motorcross, i know they arent the greatest shocks, but im not on a budget to buy tcs or custom axis or some other set of 800-1000$ shocks

I run them XC, mine feel soft but I'm 230lbs. The bike dives alot when you get in a corner hard. My 2 cents.

my works are doin great for me. they definatley don't dive anywhere near stock either. my quad handles much much better with the works.

I got 'em on the 400. Sure, they arent the top of the line shocks but they seem to be holding up fine and are alot better than stock. I like 'em:D

The preload on ATs adjusts with a ring and clip. Helps to have a spring compresser.

I'm about 200lbs and have no problem with my works. Joecool an I race xc with a little guy about 150lbs, and he snapped his right side lower spring, at the last race we held. Maybe bigger is better?:D

Yeah Mcmike one our pros, a small guy about 140 broke a spring too running XC. I'm saving for PEPs.
