Few guys have been Testing/tuning/Racing these crazy Snowmobiles down at the turf farm down the street
These are 3 Cylinder 800cc Biks (Originally) totally Tricked out
Pushing abo0t 180 HP ...Not sure of weight :eek2:
They SCREAM

And those sleds show be putting out more than 180 hp. Why? Because there alot of 800cc sleds already pushing that mark

Nothen special about those, I was gunna buy a Arctic Cat Thundercat 1000 cc Triple about a month ago for only about 2000 US, 3000 CDN, it went 200MPH, it was completely done up, amazing ice riding/drag sled. The guy was selling it because of a marriage split. I would have cried if that happened to me.

wtf?:huh i didn't think u can drive to much on grass with ski-doo's.....cuz its gets really hard to stear...and it wouldn't be good for the ski's:confused2

yeah they would use ski skins and why would oyu need to steer in a drag?
Most Open Mod Drag Sleds run with small wheels on the skis. In Lino Lakes Minneosta theres sled drags in september every year. Pretty big event usually!

Those rudder strips are called Carbides ;) They come on like every single sled :p

to give you guys some referance, my dad's 660rotax powervalved twin MT sled has about 142hp and weighs 480lbs dry.-darren

and to give reference to darren....my 1971 artic cat puma 340 twin sled has about 60 hp and weighs 3000000 lbs dry....

Cool. I also drag race my 97 skidoo mxz 670 in grass drags and we dont put wheels on the skis ether. We buy special skags that have no carbide.

yeah here we just race on the lakes, well lake washington for me there is usually ice drags for quads dirtbikes and snowmobiles around here, its usually a good time-darren
