Well, sushi, sashimi, or rolls.

I have been eating this stuff like two or three times a week for about a month now! My friend got me started on it, I mean I used to have caviar from time to time at cocktail parties and such, but never tried the straight fish itself... its actually really good!!
California Rolls, Salmon, Shrimp, Tuna, Crab., or whatever, I just eat it all up. Add some Wasabi "Japanese horseradish, which looks like green playdough", mix it in light soy sauce and dip away youd your set! mmmmm...... All I can say is dont knock it till ya try it! It is different but actually pretty bangin'.

I plunked a big piece down in my ottle bowl and mashed it up half decent in the soy sauce..."so I thought" I poped a roll in my mouth and was all :confused2 :eek2: man, for like 5 min i could breath through both nostrils again!! hahaha ever try Korean "Kimchi", that stuff can get hot too...a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread on hand is required when consuming that stuff!!

Sushi is actually just "sweetend rice" a short grained rice that is steamed then sugar and rice wine vinegar is added.
There are many variations of sushi like the others have mentioned. Very few of which contain raw fish (sashimi).
It has been quite some time scince i've had any sushi or sashimi.... just might have to make some:p
