1/8 mile quad drags in ohio

ok guys i have talked to the owner of PACE MAKERS RACEWAY in MT VERNON ohio and he is willing to run a class for quads.it will be on friday nights.its 1/8 mile black top.you can run slicks or mx tires if you want.he is willing to pay money back if we get enough quads.to start he said we only need 30 quads.if we get 30 he'll put up $300 the more guys that show up the more $$$ he'll put up.i'm not sure yet on when the starting date will be but it should be within the next month.please respond back in a post if you would be interested.even if u don't want to do it all the time come and line it up for bragging rights.hope we can get this thing going. thanks guys BILL

I might be interested, if there were enough quads there, but if im going to run for for fun i would rather go to a 1/4 mile track.

Speaking of pacemaker, where is it in mount vernon. If you know your gonna be down there some frday ill try to make it down there. Usually there isnt any other quads at Dragway 42.

pacemakers is located on the south side of mt vernon on rt 3 and 36 i will let you know the excat date we will be down there and u'll have to come and line em up. later bill

Can ya post a map showing where in OH it is located. I got some friends who would love to race. One holds the title around here on a 89 Zuki LT250. Real fast machine.

Cant posts anymaps now, but its central ohio. st rt. 13 and st rt. 36 go through Mt. Vernon. Its between Mansfield and Newark if you are familiar with any of this area.

there is a 100yrd drag strip in Kilgore oh also ... it's pretty close to the eastern border there is all kind of classes out there ..... there is stock and modified in ever class i'm pretty shure i just moved so i havnt been there but like once or twice this yr put it this way they start at 8 and go till 3 in the mornin the i kno the stocks go 1st soo they let ya get a lil beer in ya then you'll open umm up more haha .... it's a blast ! ppl from penn and west virgina come over it's a pretty big thing
