Xr 400 Cam?

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POWER CURVES ON XR AND EX CAMS?:confused:

Enough to write home to mom about,,,really. There's only a few guys out here that have just added the cam by itself and had really good things to say,,the rest of us have put a high compression piston in with it at the same time,,and WOW what a difference. Like adding another 100cc to it instead of just 20cc.

I AM PUTTING A WISECO 10:1 PISTON IN IT ,IT WAS JUST BORED .040 IT HAS K/N JET KIT AND A PRO CIRCUIT T-4 SLIP ON . WHERE WILL I NOTICE THE POWER DIFFERENCE WITH THE XR CAM?TOP ,MID ,BOTTOM? WHICH CAM WOULD YOU RECOMMEND FOR XC RACING?

The EX cam is a bottom end cam and the XR is mostly mid with slight top. I have it on my 440 and its works well for just being a drop in cam.
