i checked the compression PSI in my 1995 300ex. it has been bored 20 over w/ a 11:1 piston. it said it had about 135 PSI. is this about rite for the mods i have??? need answers fast!!thanx

that sounds pretty good, as long as it doesn't lose compression fast.

my brothers 300ex has 220 PSI with just the 11.1 comp piston

135 sounds really low for 11:1 compression.

I'm not questioning your diagnostic skills, but I would take it to a skilled professional for $50 to confirm your readings before you spend a ton of money and time rebuilding your top end.

yea, i checked it with one of those things were u just push it in the spark plug hole, and hit the start button. But we took the head and cylinder off today, and the piston looks good, but it does need new rings, and the valves look like they may be burnt.
