37.5mm stock carb jetting

right now with a stock carn i have a 162 main get and 38 pilot for the mods listed below but i got my carb bored and did up a 416 with porting and polishing. So i was wondering if my main jet has to go up because of the new mods and a 37.5mm carb. What size should I try.

I am running a 155 and a 45 pilot on my ride, 4th clip on stock needle. all stock jets.

i'm running a 165 with a stock 38 carb but like yz said you have to run it to find out what YOU need
