leaking gas

so i turn on my fuel line and gas starts pouring out of the overflow line on the carb... any ideas?

I believe the float is stuck....:)

nope took the bottom off just now and it moves freely...

then the float probably has a hole in it, go get a new one and try it and i bet it will help.........or you can put the float in a bowl of GAS!!!!!!! not water because gas is lighter than water, and if the float sinks, it then has a hole in it and you need to get a new one

or there is a peice of junk keeping you float valve fro closing, which floods the bowl
